Our founder overcame depression, anxiety, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, trigeminal neuralgia, traumatic grief, and a serious neck and spine condition—completely and naturally. This journey, after 15 years of emotional struggle and profound personal loss, became the foundation for a new path forward. Healed University was created to share the strategies, mindset shifts, and educational tools that led to full recovery.
